
DUTIES OF THE ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
One. Within the framework of legal and policy activities in the transport sector:
1.1. Determine the organization's mission, strategic goals and objectives, and develop and implement a long-term action plan /strategic plan/ in line with the government policies and decisions proposed at the sectoral and territorial levels, and the functions established by the laws, legal acts and regulations related to the organization;
1.2. Develop and revise the organization's legal documents in accordance with laws and regulations, and ensure their implementation;
1.3. Review and register agreements concluded with relevant officials and employees of state and non-state organizations, business entities, departments and units of the land;
1.4.Ensure the implementation of the duties specified in the Anti-Corruption Law, the Law on Regulating Public and Private Interests in Public Service and Preventing Conflicts of Interest, ensure the accurate filing, registration, and monitoring of personal interest declarations and income declarations of officials subject to legal service within the time specified by law, provide advice and information, and conduct training and publicity on combating corruption;
1.5.Ensure the implementation of human rights, disabled citizens, and gender issues within the framework of laws and regulations and organize them at the sector level.
Two. Within the framework of ensuring the implementation of laws and regulations:
2.1.Develop orders and decisions necessary for the continuous operation and improvement of the organization's internal operations, review the legal basis of the issued orders, and monitor their implementation
2.2.Supervise the development of agreements with other types of government and non-government organizations in order to ensure the normal daily operations of the organization, and maintain an electronic record of approved agreements;
2.3. Review the draft orders of the head of the department, supervise their implementation, and prepare and approve draft orders within the scope of the department's work functions;
2.4. Receive timely and timely information, provide management with information, and give directions to relevant officials on necessary issues;

5.3. Improve the organization's risk management and organize risk prevention;
5.4. Organize internal monitoring and inspections within the organization, document disciplinary and ethical violations and deficiencies of employees, conduct official inspections, present relevant opinions, eliminate identified violations, and provide management with information in this area;
5.5. Obtain information related to the preservation, protection, and use of the organization's property from the appropriate unit and present it to the management.
Sixth. Within the scope of the media, advertising, and educational activities of the sector's activities:
6.1. Inform and promote the work and measures implemented by the sector and the department and its results to the public through the media;
6.2. Study and conclude news and information distributed by the media and citizens' opinions and criticisms on issues related to the activities of the sector and the department, and take relevant measures;
6.3. Activate and expand the external relations of the sector and the organization within the framework of relevant legislation, and participate in the implementation of sector cooperation agreements, negotiations, and programs.
Seven. Within the scope of the activities of archives and official records (paper and electronic):
7.1. Resolve applications, complaints, and requests related to the internal activities of the organization submitted by citizens to the department;
7.2. Conduct the organization's official and archival activities in accordance with relevant laws, standards, rules, regulations, and instructions, and implement an electronic system;
7.3. Organize phased training on archival, official record keeping, document standards, and document processing skills;
7.4. Provide professional and methodological guidance and advice on archiving documents generated in the organization's daily activities in accordance with appropriate procedures, and supervise the document management of departments;
7.5. Receive and register official documents submitted to the organization by citizens and legal entities in a timely manner, hand them over to the relevant employee, monitor their decisions, develop relevant research, and provide management with information;
