DUTIES OF THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT

One. Within the scope of activities to ensure the implementation of transport sector legislation, administrative regulations, and internal labor standards:

1.1. To implement the duties and tasks assigned by the head of the department to ensure the implementation of transport sector legislation, administrative regulations, and internal labor standards in land operations;

1.2. To review and advise on draft orders prepared by structural units and their employees, and to forward them to authorized officials if necessary;

1.3. To provide legal assistance, support, advice, and information to the heads of the land administration and structural units and employees in law enforcement activities;

1.4. To participate in the development of draft agreements to be concluded by the department with state and non-state organizations, business entities, organizations, and citizens, to supervise their implementation;

1.5. To participate as an authorized representative of the organization in the resolution of any disputes by decision of the management;

1.6. By decision of the head of the department, evaluate the activities of the management of the structural unit, employees in ensuring the implementation of laws, administrative regulations, and internal labor standards, develop opinions on eliminating the identified violations and shortcomings, and provide management with information in this area;

1.7. Participate in work and events organized by the management of the department and relevant departments, and coordinate the activities of the department with the daily activities of the internal units of the organization;

1.8. Implement the functions of an authorized official specified in the Anti-Corruption Law and the functions of a secret protection officer specified in the Law on State and Official Secrets, and ensure the implementation of the Law on Organizational Secrets and the Law on the Protection of Personal Information.

Two. Within the framework of activities to improve the laws, administrative regulations, and internal labor standards in the transport sector:

2.1. To study the consequences of the implementation of laws, administrative regulations, and internal labor standards in the transport sector, to organize their improvement, to develop projects, to submit them to higher-level organizations, and to participate in the Working Group for the development of projects by decision of authorized officials;

2.2. To support and participate in the development of draft management decisions and legal documents in accordance with laws, administrative regulations, and internal labor standards, to review their drafts, and to make proposals.

Three. Within the scope of activities to promote laws, administrative regulations, and internal labor standards in the transport sector

3.1. To organize, in cooperation with the management and employees of structural units, the work of regularly providing information to land employees, citizens, business entities, and organizations on the laws, administrative regulations, and internal labor standards in the transport sector;

3.2. To conduct legal training and publicity work in order to protect the work needs of land employees and their legitimate rights and interests, to take the lead in ensuring and protecting human rights, and to provide advice;

3.3. To cooperate with state and non-state organizations and business entities within the framework of transport sector legislation, administrative regulations, and internal labor regulations.

Fourth. Within the framework of activities to create a legal database in the transport sector, administrative regulations, internal labor regulations, and legal databases

1.1. To create and regularly enrich, change, and move the organization's legal electronic database;

1.2. To create and regularly enrich the database of any dispute resolution activities, analyze statistics and court decisions related to the organization's activities, provide management with information, and develop and present proposals;

1.3. To implement official and archival activities within the department in accordance with relevant laws and standards.
